 Due to the individual nature of the business, we request that you carefully make your purchasing decisions.  We are happy to answer any questions that you have prior to purchasing, and to work with you on your order.  Regretfully, we cannot accept returns.

 

We pack each piece with care & lots of bubble wrap. On the extremely rare occasion, if you receive a piece that is broken, please contact us within twenty-four hours so that we can address & resolve the issue.

 

Dustin personally makes each glass piece you purchase, it will take 2-4 weeks to process your order before shipping. We ship UPS ground with tracking & will send an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Thank you for your patience, it will be worth the wait for a finely made, one of a kind, custom glass creation.

 

 

 

Please be aware that all computer screens display/resolution differ, so if you are unsure of the color of the glass, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

You are not buying this exact piece of glass. Every piece is made to order.  Color placement may differ for each piece, but will be very similar to what is pictured.
