SHIPPING POLICES
Dustin personally makes each glass piece you purchase, it will take 2-4 weeks to process your order before shipping. We ship UPS ground with tracking & will send an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Thank you for your patience, it will be worth the wait for a finely made, one of a kind, custom glass creation.
Double Check that your Mailing Address is CORRECT
Contiguous United States (Lower 48) Orders:
- Orders under $350 = shipping is $30
- Orders between $350-$650 = shipping is $40
- Orders over $650 = shipping is $50
Alaska & Hawaii Orders:
- Orders under $350 = shipping is $50
- Orders between $350-$650 = shipping is $70
- Orders over $650 = shipping is $90
International Orders:
- Orders under $350 = shipping is $92
- Orders between $350-$750 = shipping is $175
- Orders over $750 = shipping is $245
- Buyer is responsible for duties or custom charges.
- Buyer is responsible for lost or damaged packages.
